We are "frequent flyers" at Quality Inn Gettysburg Battlefield and will stay here often when we opt not to do a B&B. The inn's location on the battlefield makes it so easy to leave the car parked and make the short hike to The National Cemetery, East Cemetery Hill and Cemetery Ridge battlefield sites. I love sunrises over these areas. The inn is a very short walk to several great restaurants, including General Pickett's Buffet, Appalachian Brewing Company and Gettysburg Eddies. Our rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful and there is always coffee/tea in the lobby. Both, the outdoor pool and indoor pool were available on this early Spring visit. Breakfast is simple continental style with egg & sausage patties, bagels, fruit, yogurt and you can make a waffle if you like. The historic little breakfast cottage is quaint and the breakfast staff is always very friendly and helpful. 6am-10am gives you plenty of time to partake. This is a great inn and we'll return on many future visits to Gettysburg.

this hotel has been on my bucket list for quite some time. I had the opportunity to book and stay in late May 2022. My room was on the 1st floor-just outside the indoor pool, which was great! and the outside pool was just a short walking distance. The "breakfast house" is a short distance walk as well and has the essentials that a traveler would need. I was surprised to learn that they have a saloon "Reliance Mine Saloon" on premises and it looked really cool. The hotel is located on Steinwehr Ave in Gettysburg and is in walking distance of numerous gift shops, places to eat and ghost tours.

The breakfast in the cottage was excellent and always well stocked. Breakfast staff was very attentive and friendly. It can get crowded but cycles thru quickly. Excellent location near the battlefields. 1 mile walk to downtown which isn't too bad. Great brew pub across the street that makes their own sodas! The triple bed rooms are excellent for large groups.

Comfortable, very spacious room. Fantastic location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and museums. Right next to the battlefield (we could see it from our room). Fantastic food across the road at the brewery. Breakfast was good too. Loved the old saloon bar!

Not many hotels will you find 3 full size beds. I was travelling with my 2 teenage boys and no one wants to share anymore. Majority of hotels have no more than 2 beds so the 3 beds was the kicker for me. Continental breakfast was the usual. We enjoyed our short 1 night stay.
